Those requesting assurance that an entity is in compliance with the state taxes administered by the Department of Revenue may request for the Certificate of Compliance online. There is a fee for each certificate of $14 ($10 for the certificate plus $4 for processing) Request a Certificate of Compliance Complete and submit the Application for Certificate of Compliance to determine whether or not a corporation is in compliance with Alabama’s filing requirements.
